What better deal can you ask for than to purchase an investment with other peoples money (The Banks) and then repay the loan with other peoples money? (Rental Income)

The following finance is available on all our Caribbean and Koh Chang, Thailand Resort properties.

  • £1,000 to reserve your property
  • All that we ask is that you raise the balance of 30% by way of a mortgage, secured loan or even personal loan.  It can be interest only or capital plus interest whichever you choose and the developer will make the repayments on this loan for you until completion. 

We can recommend a Mortgage Advisor who specialises in raising capital for purchasing overseas to help you raise the deposit.

  • On completion the repayments made by the developer will be added to the purchase price of the property.
  • 70% Loan to Value Mortgage is available on completion.

(This means 70% of the completed value and not 70% of the off plan price you purchased at.)

By purchasing at a significantly reduced price off plan and with property values increasing in these areas we anticipate that the 70% LTV Mortgage on completion will be more than 100% of the original purchase price therefore allowing you to pay off the lending in the UK and having your investment financed 100% in the Caribbean.

  • On completion you are guaranteed 10% of the purchase price in income per year for the first 2 years. 
  • Following the 2 years after completion you will receive 50% of the net room rate share.

This is a fully managed investment and the income generated should be more than enough to facilitate the mortgage on the property.
